Do you meditate? Would you like to meditate? Or would you like to change or improve your meditation practice? One of my favourite ways to meditate is a walking meditation, especially early morning, watching the sun rise and listening to the birds sing and the wind blow through the trees. If you already practice mediation, what is your favourite practice?
